Jagex doesn't fight the servers, they fight the people that code, host and own them.

If the same people bring up a new server, they would get sued anyways.

The letter is real!

If it was fake then there wouldn't be a reply from it!

Have a look at www.unscape-online.com aswell, that server got shut down a few months ago.
I know the owner of it, and he's not a person that gives in that simply, especially when we're talking about a server with 100.000 members.

Yet he still shut it down, because the LETTER IS REAL!
